Norman Tunnell

Norman Tunnell organized T Square Properties as co-founder . He supervises the financial and analytical endeavors of the company and heads the consulting and management areas. As an attorney, banker, consultant and investor for over 30 years, he concentrated on resolving problem real estate assets throughout the United States and the Caribbean liquidating real estate portfolios for various European lenders. He was also Chief Lending Officer and the Manager of a large Arizona S&L for FSLIC and the RTC. After earning his undergraduate degree from Baylor, he earned an MBA from Wharton and a JD from Columbia University Law School. He is a member of the Business Council of Westchester and participates on the Area Development Council and is Treasurer of the Pound Ridge Historical Society.

Trevor Tunnell

Trevor Tunnell, Vice President of Sales and Leasing, has been with the company for five years. Trevor has represented international firms such as Video Education Australasia, MPI, and Distell; national firms Menlo Logistics, Oce North America and Suntrust bank and local firms including Byram Concrete, JSSI, Benfield Electronics and the Northern Westchester Hospital Association in numerous transactions. He sits on the board of Le Tip of Tarrytown and is an active Member of the Westchester County Board of Realtors and Business Council of Westchester.

Robert F. Schwartz

Robert Schwartz has an engineering background from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and more than 40 years experience in industrial and office real estate. The founder of Summit Realty Corporation, the first Westchester company to deal exclusively in commercial real estate, Bob has negotiated in all the suburban counties north of New York City, New Jersey and Connecticut. Companies he has successfully represented include, Novartis (formerly Ciba-Geigy), IBM, General Electric, Motorola, Bristol Meyers, Tetra Pak, Carl Zeiss and Union Carbide. Through his membership in the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and former associate membership in the Industrial Development Research Council (IDRC), he has co-brokered transactions in North Carolina, Michigan, Delaware, California, Florida and Puerto Rico.

Dwight McLeod

Dwight McLeod is a successful business owner and entrepreneur. Dwight has developed his sales and marketing expertise through a diverse career that has included purchasing, sales and IT technical solutions experiences. He has worked with numerous Fortune 500 companies such as Verizon, AT&T, Northern Telecom, TII Industries to negotiate product and technical solution sales. Dwight has a clear understanding of the issues businesses face in today's challenging economic environment. This experience combined with Dwight's strong interpersonal skills make him a valuable asset to our team. Dwight holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Marymount/Fordham University and has completed additional Graduate work in Organizational Behavior. He has been a real estate investor since 2003 and is a member of the Board of Directors at SBAY (Strategic Business Alliance of Yonkers) where he also is involved in Real Estate Development. He is an active member of the Yonkers and Mount Vernon Chambers of Commerce.

Toni Palancia

Toni Palancia has been affiliated with T Square Properties for 16 years. Her comprehensive background in all areas of administration plus her ability to thoroughly analyze situations, propose solutions and maintain good rapport has earned her the respect of tenants, clients and management for whom she serves as liaison. Experience in other related fields enhances her value at T Square Properties where she is an integral part of the company operations.
